How do I order from Jasper Furniture & Fabrics?
We only sell to the design trade, so it's recommended to work with a licensed interior designer and order through your local showroom.
Is there a surcharge on orders of less than 2 yards?
Yes, we charge a standard handling and packing fee for each fabric on an order; it is waived when the quantity is 2 or more yards.
How quickly will my fabric sample requests be processed?
Most sample requests will ship within one business day of receipt. There will be an exception to this policy if samples are unavailable, or if the order is very large.
Do I need to return memo samples?
Yes! If you no longer have a use for our samples, please return them to the nearest showroom or to our corporate headquarters so that they can be loaned to others.
How do I place an order online?
To order online, go to our Shop page and select the items you'd like to purchase. The easy-to-use check out system will walk you through the process.
How long does it take for my item to ship from the shop?
Following your purchase, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number.
Merchandise purchased on www.michaelsmithinc.com/shop may be returned to Michael S Smith Inc. | Jasper Workshop within three weeks (21 days) of the date of purchase by you, and must be in its original condition and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds are only processed on the original credit card used to make the purchase.
How to make a return:
